Terms and Conditions
Pricing
Quoted prices are based on current labour and material costs. All costs will be agreed upon prior to production commencing. If these costs increase before production begins, the price may be adjusted with notice.
Quality & Warranty
Garments will be manufactured to approved samples or within standard industry tolerances. Batch MFG's liability is limited to replacement of goods returned within 30 days of delivery due to a proven manufacturing defect. No claims will be accepted after this period.
Production Tolerance
Garment manufacturing may result in a production yield variance of +/-5%, which the customer acknowledges and accepts as industry standard unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to production.
Delays
Batch MFG is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to strikes, machine failure, transport issues, supply delays, or force majeure. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Claims
Claims for defective goods must be made within 30 days of delivery and before garments are decorated or altered. No claims for consequential loss will be accepted.
Payment Terms
For all Custom Jobs - Payment must be made by the due date on the invoice or sales order confirmation. Any Deposits, Prepaid and/or Terms will be discussed at beginning of the Job prior to Bulk commencing.
Ownership & Risk
Risk passes to the purchaser upon delivery, but ownership remains with Batch MFG until full payment (deposit and balance) is received. If goods are sold before payment is complete, the purchaser must pay Batch MFG the outstanding balance from the sale.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
By proceeding with payment, the purchaser agrees to these terms; any changes must be agreed upon in writing between both parties.
